Booking policy
Deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation and must be received within 14 days of confirmation.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Minimum 4 night stay or a one-time cleaning fee(US$200) will be added to the total amount.
Checkout cleaning is included. Additional maid service is available at extra charge.
All bookings are subject to tax (17.962%).
Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
All units are non-smoking.
All rates are in US dollars. Checks, money orders and bank transfers are accepted.
