Booking Policy
Deposit of 20% is required to secure the reservation and must be received within 14 days of confirmation.Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.Minimum 4 night stay or a one-time cleaning fee(US$200) will be added to the total amount.Checkout cleaning is included. Additional maid service is available at extra charge.All bookings are subject to tax (17.962%).Check-in time is 4:00pm. Cancellation Policy
For bookings between December 24 and April 15
Deposit is refundable for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival.
For cancellations made between 90 days and 60 days prior to arrival, a US$250 cancellation fee will be retained. The remaining balance is refundable.
For cancellations made between 60 days and 30 days prior to arrival, a US$500 cancellation fee will be retained. The remaining balance is refundable.
For cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days prior to arrival, a US$1000 cancellation fee will be retained. The remaining balance is refundable.
For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, no refund will be issued. However, funds could be used for future booking with us.
No refund if the cancellation is made on or after arrival date.
